Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item we sell is made-to-order specifically for each customer and because of that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have a question about sizing or colors, please reference the size charts and color charts that are listed in the product photos of each item. Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hellowhittshop@gmail.com. Because every product is made-to-order, orders can only be cancelled if the products have not yet been made.

 

How do I know which size to order?

Each product listing has a size chart listed. Scroll through the product photos to see it. Each size chart lists specific measurements to help you find your best fit.

 

When will I receive my order?

The announcement header at the top of our website lists the current processing times. Usually it is around 4-8 business days for processing and then additional time for shipping, depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Most customers in the United States receive their items 8-14 business days after placing their order.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies based on your location and the weight of the items that you order. For customers located in the United States, shipping usually ranges from $4 to $15. To see your exact shipping cost, add all items you would like to your cart and proceed through the checkout process until getting to the shipping cost page. We do offer free U.S. shipping for orders over $150!

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship EVERYWHERE! We ship orders to the United States and internationally!

 

Do you make all of your orders on TikTok Live?

What are the washing recommendations for your clothing items?

We recommend washing your items inside out and drying them on low heat (or hang dry). Do not use an iron on top of the designs on your clothing items from us. There are washing instructions on your packing slip with specific do's and don't's that is included with each order.

 

What are the washing recommendations for your drinkware items?

We recommend hand washing only, and refraining from scrubbing on top of the design. This will keep your product looking its best. We include washing instructions on the packing slip that is included with your order.

 

Do you sell children's size?

No, we only sell adult sizes. If you would like to do a custom order with a child's size, please contact us. Sometimes we are able to do this, depending on the design.

 

Do you sell design transfers?

No, we only sell the designs on completed products like shirts, etc.

 

If I make multiple orders in the same day, will you combine shipping?

If you send us an email with your order numbers asking to combine shipping, we will absolutely accommodate you! However, we will not combine shipping automatically if we do not receive an email from you asking to do so. Please send this email within 24 hours of your orders being placed. If the email is placed after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee combined shipping.

 

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we do! If you would like to join, please click the pink "Rewards" button on the bottom right hand side of our website. You can earn rewards for each purchase you make, as well as rewards for following us on social media!
